Admissions schedule for MSc courses starting in October
1. Bachelor diploma with legalization or apostille
Upload it in e-Rekrutacja system.
Remember, that your Bachelor diploma needs to entitle you to apply for Master studies at universities of any type in the country/education system in which the document was issued.
You can check the eligibility of your Bachelor diploma at the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) website in KWALIFIKATOR system.

If you do not have a final Bachelor diploma at the time of recruitment, upload an official graduation certificate issued by the University, which confirms the completion of studies. The certificate must include, among other things:
- completed field of study,
- date of graduation,
- obtained professional title.
2. Supplement with grades with legalization or apostille - this document should be attached to the undergraduate diploma.
Upload it in e-Rekrutacja system.
If you have a Polish diploma – you do not need to attach apostille/legalization.
If you have a foreign diploma, check below whether your diploma requires apostille or legalization.
Your document must have an apostille if it was issued in a country that is a party to the Hague Convention.

If your dilpom was issued in a country that is not a party to the Hague Convention, it should be legalized by the relevant authority responsible for legalization in your country, (e.g. the Federal Government or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
The University does not act as an intermediary in the procedure for obtaining an apostille/legalization.
Remember that the process of obtaining an apostille/legalization may take time, so start the procedure early enough, taking into account recruitment deadlines.

3. English language certificate options (Copy of document confirming the knowledge of English, proof of English language proficiency)
a certificate, diploma or another document confirming the completion of a post-primary school abroad in which classes were conducted in English language, among others:
a graduation diploma (at least a Bachelor degree) from studies held in English language or a certificate of graduation with information about professional title obtained together with the university’s annotation on the lecture language if the diploma has not yet been released;
a certificate or statement confirming knowledge of English language at the minimum B-2 level, as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, issued by a language school or educational institution conducting examinations or/and English language courses, for example:

- First Certificate in English (FCE) / B2 First
- Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)
- Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) — Internet-Based Test version (iBT): reading – min. 18 points, listening – min. 17 points, speaking – min. 20 points, writing – min. 17 points
- Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) — reading – min. 385 points, listening – min. 400 points, speaking – min. 160 points, writing – min. 150 points

Your photo in official outfit at light background. The electronic version of the photo is needed for Electronic Student ID
Photo conditions:
- must be in color;
- in official outfit that meets the requirements for an ID card;
- must be framed in such a manner that the head is clearly visible and centrally located;
- cannot contain any edges or borders;
- cannot contain any fragments of rubber stamps or other texts;
- a size of photo (in pixels) is 236×295 or larger in proportion 4:5;
- a file format is JPEG;
- a file size is not exceed than 1MB.
The lack of electronic version of the photo makes it impossible to start the document verification procedure.

1. Secondary school-leaving certificate
Upload a scan of your high school diploma to the e-Recruitment system.
Remember that your high school diploma must entitle you to apply for admission to universities of any type in the country/education system where the document was issued. You can check your eligibility based on your secondary school-leaving certificate on the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) website in the QUALIFIER system.
2. Legalization/apostille to the secondary school leaving certificate
If you have a Polish secondary school-leaving certificate (“świadectwo dojrzałości”), European Baccalaureate Certificate or International Baccalaureate Diploma – you don’t have to upload legalization or apostille.

- by the Polish consul, competent for the country on whose territory or in whose educational system the document was issued.

3. Transcript of records
a document listing the subjects and grades obtained from them in high school.
4. A certificate confirming
eligibility to apply for higher education, certified by a school or educational institution or by the educational authorities of the country where the certificate was issued. (Applies to high school diplomas requiring recognition as documents confirming eligibility to apply for higher education, according to the art. 93 § 3 of the Act on Higher Education and Science).

Attach to the e-Recruitment system a scan of your passport – a page with your photo and personal data.
Remember to enter the data (name and surname) in the e-Recruitment system as written in the passport.
8. Your photo
in formal outfit taken at a light background. An electronic photo is needed for the Electronic Student ID (ELS).
Photo requirements:
- must be in color;
- in formal outfit meeting the requirements of a photograph for an ID card;
- must be framed in such a way that the head is clearly visible and centrally placed;
- must not contain any edges or frames;
- must not contain fragments of stamps or other inscriptions;
- dimensions (in pixels): 236×295 or larger with an aspect ratio of 4:5;
- file format: JPEG;
- file size: no larger than 1MB.
